I started Light Centr’d because I believe we all have a radiant and unique light to shine.

Oftentimes we get beat down, overwhelmed and stuck in the grind and we forget who we are and what we are capable of. I’ve experienced this myself.

I created a space with a desire to help people release the things holding them back, and step back into their truest self and remember what they are capable of.

I am a mom of two beautiful kids and when I am not coaching you will find me listening to Forrest Frank with my daughter while coloring, taking my newborn on walks outside or hiking Zions with my husband and friends.

I live in St. George, Utah and live a life full of friendship, love and sunshine.
